From Risk to Resilience (Youth or Adult)

A 2-Day Intensive to Equip Staff for Real-World Youth Challenges in a Northern and Indigenous Context. This is not a typical training. From Risk to Resilience is an immersive, scenario-based workshop where participants don’t just learn strategies; they practice them in real time. Over two days, staff follow realistic youth profiles from first concern, to crisis intervention to long-term resilience planning. Grounded in Indigenous knowledge and evidence-based practices, this training bridges the gap between theory and frontline action.
